- potato500 g
- ground duckling400 g
- olive oil1 tablespoon
- butter1 tablespoon
- chopped onion1 tablespoon
- crushed garlic2 unit(s)
- salt1 to taste
- black pepper1 to taste
- smoked paprika1 to taste
- green seasoning1 to taste
- mozzarella (slices)4 unit(s)
- Peel the potatoes and cook in a pan with water and salt. Once cooked, while still hot, pass through a potato masher. In a pan, sauté the onion in butter and add the potato and mix well. Reserve
- In a pan put olive oil and garlic and sauté, then add the ground beef, salt, paprika and pepper, let it cook on low heat, after ready book.
- In a pyrex we will assemble, put the mashed potato and then the meat, put two slices of cheese and then the mashed is finished with cheese
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until browned.
