- Whole milk2 cup
- Large and boiled potatoes2 unit(s)
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Chicken broth1 unit(s)
- Pinch of Salt to taste
- Breadcrumbs (for breading)500 g
- Eggs (for breading)2 unit(s)
- Whole milk (for breading)2 cup
- In a pan, add the boiled potatoes and milk. Place over medium heat and cook for 5 minutes. After cooking, transfer the potato and milk to the blender, add the chicken broth and salt, beat until a homogeneous mass. In a pan over medium heat transfer the dough and add the margarine and bring to a boil. As soon as it starts to boil, lower the heat and add the wheat flour and stir non-stop until the dough is homogeneous and begins to unglue from the bottom of the pan. Transfer to a clean surface, wait for it to cool a little and knead the dough until it is very smooth. Model the drumsticks and fill with the stuffing of your taste.
