- Potato500 g
- Shredded Chicken800 g
- Tomato1 cup
- Onion1 cup
- Pepper1 cup
- Cottage cheese to taste
- Mozzarella cheese to taste
- Salt to taste
- Milk1 cup
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Garlic to taste
- Tomato sauce2 tablespoon
- Cut the potatoes into cubes, cook them with water and salt.
- Mash the potatoes, add the milk and margarine and set aside.
- Take the shredded chicken to the pan, add the garlic, tomato, onion, pepper and tomato sauce.
- Line the bottom of the refractory with mashed potatoes, add the chicken sauce on top of the mashed potatoes.
- On top of the chicken add the curd, cover with the rest of the puree.
- Add the grated mozzarella on top
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
- Serve with white rice and green salad.
