- Wheat flour1 cup
- Salt to taste
- grated cheese50 g
- Tomato sauce1 can(s)
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Beef broth tablets2 unit(s)
- Ground beef1/2 kg
- SAUCE: Chop the onion, very fine and, in a pan, fry it with oil. Add the meat and the beef stock cubes.
- Cook the potatoes in water until they are soft.
- Peel them and press them through a juicer while they are still hot.
- Gradually add the flour and salt, knead well.
- Place the dough on a floured table and roll.
- Cut each roll into pieces of about 2 cm.
- Bring to a boil, in a pan with plenty of water seasoned with salt.
- When the water comes to a boil, add the gnocchi until they start to rise.
- Put cold water in a basin with a colander inside, remove the already cooked gnocchi and place them in the colander to give thermal shock.
- Repeat the process until all the pasta is cooked.
- Drain well and place the gnocchi in a refractory, set aside.
- Stir well, when the meat is already cooked, add the sauce and let it cook for another 4 min.
- Pour it over the gnocchi, sprinkle cheese on top and bake in the oven to brown.
