  • Potato1 kg
  • Wheat Flour400 g
  • Fresh tomato1 kg
  • Basil1 to taste
  • Onion50 g
  • Garlic5 g
  • Salt20 g
  • Olive oil50 ml
  • Oregano3 g
  1. Place the halved tomatoes in the pan, cover and let cook.
  2. Peel the potatoes. If possible, steam the potatoes.
  3. Remove the potatoes, knead well and let cool.
  4. Add the wheat flour little by little. Make cigars with equal pieces of dough
  5. With a knife cut the equal pieces of gnocchi and sprinkle flour on top. Book the gnocchi. Put water to boil.
  6. In the pan put the chopped onion, olive oil and oregano let it braise. Blend the tomatoes in a blender and place in the pan, cook for about 5 minutes, finish with salt and basil. Reserve
  7. Gnocchi: in boiling water, put to cook little by little, when they go up, remove and repeat until they are all cooked. Survive and leave your like to encourage!!!
