- Onion1 unit(s)
- Salt and Oregano to taste
- Butter3 tablespoon
- Cut the potatoes into slices and put them to cook with a little salt. Don't let it cook too much
- While the potato is cooking, brown the garlic and onion in butter.
- When the potato is cooked, transfer it to a refractory and throw the garlic and golden onion on top.
- Then place the cream on top of the cheese, finally the oregano and put it in the oven until the cheese melts.
