Ground beef300 g
Seasoning to taste
Crushed garlic2 to taste
grated mozzarella to taste
Cottage cheese to taste
tomato paste1 unit(s)

Crush the garlic and heat it in the oil.
Roast garlic and then sauté the minced meat
Add two chicken broth to season
Cook the potato then as soon as it is cooked remove the skin and if it is well so there is no piece left
Add salt to taste and a spoon of curd
Once the ground beef is ready add a tomato paste
