- potato600 g
- Salt to taste
- pre-cooked lasagna noodles500 g
- sliced ham200 g
- mozzarella cheese200 g
- Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
- butter3 tablespoon
- wheat flour4 tablespoon
- milk6 cup
- Heavy cream1 can(s)
- Skirt, black pepper and grated nutmeg to taste
- Cook the potato in a pan with boiling water and salt for 5 minutes, drain, pass through a juicer, season with salt and reserve.
- For the sauce, in a pan over medium heat, melt the butter and fry the flour for 2 minutes, stirring. Add the milk, stirring a little until it thickens.
- Mix Heavy cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg. In a medium refractory, intersperse layers of sauce, pasta, mashed potatoes, ham and cheese, finishing with pasta and sauce.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan and bake in a medium-heated oven for 35 minutes or until golden brown. Remove, let rest 10 minutes and serve.
