- Cook the potatoes, pass through the ricer. Add the oil, sugar and eggs.
- Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk, add to the other ingredients and gradually mix in the flour, almost 1 kg.
- Knead the dough well and let it rest to rise.
- Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes or until golden.
- Make a syrup with condensed milk and coconut, mixing the two and pouring over the threads.
