Potatoes

Cozinhe as batatas, passe no espremedor.
Coloque o óleo, o açúcar e os ovos.

Cook the potatoes, pass through the ricer.
Add the oil, sugar and eggs.

Dissolva o fermento no leite morno, junte aos outros ingredientes e misture a farinha aos poucos, quase 1 kg.

Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk, add to the other ingredients and gradually mix in the flour, almost 1 kg.

Sove bem a massa e deixe descansar para crescer bem.

Knead the dough well and let it rest to rise.

Leve ao forno médio por uns 20 minutos ou até dourar.

Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes or until golden.

Faça uma calda com leite condensado e coco, misturando os dois e jogando por cima das roscas. 

Make a syrup with condensed milk and coconut, mixing the two and pouring over the threads.
