- Large Potatoes3 unit(s)
- cream cheese300 g
- Chopped and fried pepperoni1 unit(s)
- Grated Mozzarella100 g
- Oregano1 dessert spoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Parsley and chives1 teaspoon
- In a pressure cooker, put the potatoes cover with water, put the salt, take to the fire and let it cook.
- As soon as you get pressure, count 15 minutes and turn it off
- It's important not to exceed this time so they don't get too soft.
- Take the potatoes out of the water, with the help of a spoon, remove the top part by making a hole, but without removing too much.
- Spread butter, parsley and chives inside the potato
- Place this part of the removed potato on a plate and mash it, forming a puree.
- Then add the pepperoni sausage, cream cheese, mozzarella and oregano.
- Mix very well, use this dough to stuff all the potatoes
- Place a little more cream cheese on top, sprinkle with mozzarella and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Finish with parsley, chives and Bon Appetite!!
