- Tomato sauce1 to taste

- Cook the potato and then mash it into a puree (wait for it to cool completely). Fry the bacon and set aside
- After the potato has cooled add the flour, salt and oil mix all the ingredients
- Pass a little olive oil in your hands and take half of this dough molding with the palm of your hand making the shape of a cupcake, then you will put the mozzarella and bacon then the rest of the dough closing this cupcake (close the sides well). Olive oil will help not to stick to your hands.
- In a skillet greased with olive oil you will brown this cupcake first on one side then the other with the help of a spatula (to turn the cupcake) after it browns both sides put the tomato sauce on top and sprinkle more mozzarella, cover the skillet until the cheese melts. The ball is the size you choose the potato, don't make the ball too big so it won't be difficult when it's time to brown the ideal size and the palm size (cup) as a reference. If you prefer a larger quantity, just double the number of ingredients.
