- large sliced potatoes cooked al dente with salt3 unit(s)
- beaten eggs2 unit(s)
- milk3 tablespoon
- wheat flour2 tablespoon
- Breadcrumbs2 cup
- Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
- Salt and oregano to taste
- Oil for frying to taste
- Mix breadcrumbs with grated cheese and oregano.
- In the beaten eggs mix the milk a pinch of salt and the wheat flour.
- Stir well to break up the clumps.
- Pass the potato slices in the breadcrumbs, in the beaten eggs and again in the breadcrumbs.
- Fry in hot oil.
- Drain on absorbent paper and serve.
