- Butter to taste
- Salt to taste
- Rice2 cup
- Cream cheese3 tablespoon
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Place the potatoes in a pan, cover with water and bring to a boil to cook until they are soft. (Test by skewering with a fork)
- Remove the potatoes from the water, wait to cool down a bit and make an incision on the top.
- Carefully remove part of the core from the potatoes with a spoon, making room for the stuffing.
- Season the potatoes inside with salt and pepper and spread the butter. Reserve.
- In a bowl, mix the rice with the cream cheese until smooth.
- Place the rice inside the potatoes, place them on a baking sheet and place in a preheated oven at 220ÂșC to bake for about 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
