- ground meat for the stuffing or 300 g of finely chopped ham, or even 1 chopped pepperoni2 unit(s)
- shredded mozzarella cheese300 g
- sour cream1 can(s)
- tomato sauce1 can(s)
- chicken broth1 unit(s)
- In the pressure cooker, sauté the onion and garlic until golden.
- Add the ground beef and fry, if you prefer to use the pepperoni, fry well together with the onion and garlic.
- Add the chicken broth and cream to the tomato sauce and stir, add salt and spices to taste.
- Add the pasta, then add enough water to cover the pasta, stir and cover the pan, wait for it to boil.
- When the pan starts releasing steam, count 1 minute and turn it off, let it release all the steam and open.
