- Tomato sauce340 g
- Penne Pasta500 g

- In a pressure cooker, place the pepperoni, onion, garlic and a thread of olive oil to fry. Once they are golden brown, add the chopped tomato and let it cook. Then add the tomato sauce, pasta and water until covered. Mix everything and cover the pressure cooker. Wait for the pressure to start picking up, count 3 minutes and turn off. Remove the pressure and in low fire place the seasonings to taste, the mustard, the corn, the pea, the olive, the cream of milk and a little of the grated mozzarella. Mix well and then place in a refractory. Then just put the rest of the mozzarella on top and put it in the oven just to melt the cheese.
