- Recipe
- Noodles *250 g
- Tomato sauce1.5 cup
- Water3 cup
- Canned cream (or almond)1 unit(s)
- Red or Yellow Pepper1 unit(s)
- Spinach (pack)1/2 unit(s)
- Mozzarella200 g
- Seasonings** to taste
- Remove the white part of the pepper and cut into cubes. Reserve. For spinach, remove only the thickest part of the stalk and discard and the rest (with the stalks) cut into pieces and strips. Reserve. Cut the mozzarella into cubes and set aside.
- In a pressure cooker, add all the ingredients, except the mozzarella. After the cooker gets pressure, count 3 minutes and turn off. Remove the pressure, add the mozzarella, stir well and serve!!
- *any short pasta that fits in the pressure cooker. My favorites are penne and screw. You can use gluten free too (for this recipe I used Renata's gluten free) **I used: 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of coriander powder and black pepper to taste.
