- Start by chopping the onion, tomato and pepperoni into cubes. Soon after, add the pepperoni to the pressure cooker to fry, when it starts to release fat, add the tomato and onion, let it sauté well.
- Once this is done, add the raw pasta, add the tomato sauce, add water to cover the pasta, and add the beef broth and close the pan to get pressure.
- When the cooker gets pressure, count 3 to 4 minutes, and open. Check if the cooking is good for your taste (because some people like the pasta more cooked, others less) add the green corn, the cream and the cheese. This is one of those recipes when the day is busy and you want to eat something special! Do it because it's delicious! 😋😋😋
