- diced ham2 cup
- beef broth1 unit(s)
- tomato sauce2 cup
- water2 cup
- chopped seedless tomatoes2 cup
- Packet of penne pasta1 cup
- sour cream1 unit(s)
- Diced Mozzarella Cheese2 cup
- Salt. to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for sprinkling. to taste
- Heat a pressure cooker over medium heat, add the butter and fry the onion, ham and beef broth for 3 minutes.
- Add the sauce, water, tomato, pasta and cover the pan.
- Cook for 3 minutes, after pressure starts.
- Let the pressure release naturally and open the pot.
- Add the cream, the mozzarella, season with salt and mix. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
