- Ripe dwarf banana1 unit(s)
- Peanut Butter1 tablespoon
- Peel the banana and mash it well with a fork.
- Add the egg and beat well
- Add the Whey protein and powdered milk and mix until a homogeneous mass is formed.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over low heat.
- With a small ladle, place the mini pancakes in the frying pan.
- When golden, turn it aside and wait for it to cook completely.
- Remove from heat and serve with peanut butter or ricotta cream.
