- In a bowl, place the warm milk, warm water, sugar, salt, egg, oil, yeast and mix well.
- Add the wheat flour gradually, beating for 10 minutes until the dough comes together.
- Cover with a tea towel and let it rest in the dark for 2 hours until it doubles in size.
- On your table, spread some flour and roll out the dough very thin.
- Shape as you wish, fill, close, brush with beaten egg yolk and bake at 180 degrees preheated until golden.
