- Arboreal rice1 cup
- Pumpkin300 g
- Sun-dried meat or beef jerky (desalted)200 g
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Water2 cup
- Olive oil or oil2 tablespoon
- Grated Fresh Parmesan Cheese50 g
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- White wine or orange juice120 ml
- In a pressure cooker, sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil.
- Add the meat and pumpkin and sauté
- Add the rice and mix well until all the rice is involved, season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the wine or juice and stir well until dry.
- Add the water, close the pan and when you get pressure, count 3 minutes.
- Turn off the heat, add the butter, the grated cheese, mix well and serve. Enjoy your food!
