- Olive oil3/4 cup
- Minced garlic1 teaspoon
- Grated Parmesan Cheese3/4 cup
- Nuts or cashews1/2 cup
- Spinach leaves1/2 cup
- Basil leaves1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Ice cubes3 unit(s)
- In the food processor or blender, start beating the olive oil, garlic and parmesan.
- After the mixture is well processed, add the spinach and basil leaves, along with ice (ice will ensure the leaves don't brown).
- Process until everything is finely ground. Store in a jar with a lid and store in the fridge for 7 to 10 days.
