- In a pan add the sugar and mix until it melts, pour the hot water and stir until the sugar develops, let it thicken until it reaches the syrup point and set aside.
- Beat the eggs, sugar and oil and milk in the blender, add the wheat flour gradually and continue beating until a smooth and homogeneous mass, lastly add the yeast and beat on the minimum speed of the blender, grease a medium shape with margarine and flour. the caramel and the bananas cut in length, light to bake in a medium oven at 180°c preheated for approximately 30 minutes.
