- Instant Yeast1 dessert spoon
- Nutmeg1 to taste
- Guava100 g
- Cut the guava into cubes and set aside
- On a plate, place 2 tablespoons of flour, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of butter, mix everything with your fingertips to form a crumb and set aside.
- In the mixer place the eggs, sugar, butter and milk beat until you form a cream.
- Add the flour and beat for another 3 minutes.
- Add the yeast and mix carefully.
- Transfer the mixture to a 10x20 size baking dish
- Randomly place the cubed guava over the dough
- cover with the farofa
- Sprinkle a small amount of grated nutmeg over the crumbs.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 35 minutes.
