- Sausage500 to taste
- Pasta500 g
- Water2 l
- Salt1 to taste
- Onion2 unit(s)
- Tomato4 unit(s)
- Ready-to-eat hot dog sauce1 unit(s)
- Green smell1 to taste
- Dry spices of your choice1 to taste
- Parmesan cheese1 to taste
- Corn Starch1 tablespoon
- Oil1 tablespoon
- Bring the salted water to a boil. Add pasta as per manufacturer's instructions.
- In a large pan heat the oil. Add the onion and tomato as soon as it wilts add the ready-made sauce and let it boil, add 200 ml of water.
- Add the sausages (I don't cook a lot as they come ready to eat) Hit the salt, green smell and dry seasonings preferably I used oregano. Mix the starch with 50 ml of water and add to the sauce until it thickens. Mix with pasta and serve with sprinkled parmesan.
