Cooked Penne4 cup
cream200 g
Crushed Gorgonzola50 g
Fillet Strips150 g
Chopped Onion1 tablespoon
Minced garlic1 coffee spoon
Butter1 dessert spoon
Sea salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Olive oil1 dessert spoon

In a high non-stick skillet greased with oil, grill the strips of meat and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the butter and brown the onion and garlic.
Add the cream and gorgonzola cheese, salt and pepper and mix well.
Cook for about 2 minutes, return the strips of meat to the sauce and cook for another 1 minute.
Serve immediately with the already cooked penne.
