Quick penne with cream and gorgonzola sauce

- Cooked Penne4 cup
- cream200 g
- Crushed Gorgonzola50 g
- Fillet Strips150 g
- Chopped Onion1 tablespoon
- Minced garlic1 coffee spoon
- Butter1 dessert spoon
- Sea salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- In a high non-stick skillet greased with oil, grill the strips of meat and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the butter and brown the onion and garlic.
- Add the cream and gorgonzola cheese, salt and pepper and mix well.
- Cook for about 2 minutes, return the strips of meat to the sauce and cook for another 1 minute.
- Serve immediately with the already cooked penne.
