- Diced meat600 g
- Carrot1/2 unit(s)
- Broccoli1 cup
- Shoyu100 ml
- Corn Starch1 tablespoon
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Green smell to taste
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Pasta250 g
- Cut the broccoli in half, the carrot in cubes and the onion in petals
- Cook the pasta according to the package recommendation.
- Sauté the diced meat in a pan seasoned with salt and black pepper
- Then add the vegetables and the already cooked pasta.
- Mix the shoyu with cornstarch water and pour it into the pan and let it cook until everything is well incorporated and cooked and serve
