  • Bertogni ricotta ravioli package with spinach250 g
  • Tomato pelatti400 g
  • Basil1 to taste
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 tablespoon
  • Balsamic Vinegar1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese to taste
  • Garlic1 unit(s)
  • Sugar to taste
  • Italian salami100 g
  1. Cook the ravioli according to the package instructions.
  2. Saute grated garlic in oil
  3. Add the tomatoes and season with salt, sugar, pepper and balsamic.
  4. Let it boil for 10 minutes on low heat
  5. Add the salami cut into 4 pieces
  6. Add the basil leaves
  7. Serve this delicious sauce on the drained ravioli and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and a drizzle of olive oil.
