- Bertogni ricotta ravioli package with spinach250 g
- Tomato pelatti400 g
- Basil1 to taste
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 tablespoon
- Balsamic Vinegar1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese to taste
- Garlic1 unit(s)
- Sugar to taste
- Italian salami100 g
- Cook the ravioli according to the package instructions.
- Saute grated garlic in oil
- Add the tomatoes and season with salt, sugar, pepper and balsamic.
- Let it boil for 10 minutes on low heat
- Add the salami cut into 4 pieces
- Add the basil leaves
- Serve this delicious sauce on the drained ravioli and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and a drizzle of olive oil.
