- Cherry Tomatoes400 g
- Olive oil1/2 cup
- Garlic1 unit(s)
- Rosemary to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Basil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Prepare the ravioli according to the package instructions.
- Place the tomatoes in a pan, drizzle with oil, season with salt, pepper, rosemary and basil sprigs, and oregano. Put lightly crushed garlic cloves with the skin, just to perfum. Place in the oven for about 30 minutes.
- After draining the ravioli, melt the butter and add basil leaves for flavoring. Drizzle the ravioli with the melted butter.
- Place a portion of ravioli on the plate, complete with candied tomatoes and, if you want, with basil pesto (there's a recipe on my profile).
