- Charque300 g
- Pumpkin150 g
- Okra150 g
- Bottle butter3 tablespoon
- Baked beans200 g
- Chopped Onion100 g
- Minced garlic5 g
- Scented Pepper10 g
- Smoked paprika10 g
- Soybean oil2 tablespoon
- Spaghetti200 g
- Girl's Finger Pepper (optional) to taste
- Coriander (optional) to taste
- Cut the jerky into cubes and desalt. Reserve.
- Cut the pumpkin into cubes and cook quickly without letting it soften. Reserve.
- Cut the okra into slices and fry with soy oil. Reserve.
- Mash the beans into a puree. Reserve.
- Put the pasta on to cook.
- Meanwhile, in a separate pan, sauté the garlic, onion and peppers in bottled butter.
- Add the beef jerky and vegetables. Mix well.
- Add the bean puree and paprika. Add a little water to form a sauce.
- Drain the pasta and mix it with the sauce. Sprinkle cilantro if desired.
