- Cooked rice2 cup

- Grated cheese1/4 cup
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying3 cup
- In a container put the dry: flour, rice and cheese.
- In another container break the egg one at a time and add to the other ingredients.
- Season with salt and pepper and mix well with a spoon to incorporate.
- To shape the dumplings: with a tablespoon remove a little of the dough and with the help of another spoon shape a little ball and transfer it to a plate.
- Soon after, with the oil already hot in medium fire, transfer the dumplings delicately one by one.
- Fry about 4 dumplings each batch for about 3 minutes until golden brown.
- With a slotted spoon, transfer the fried dumplings to a plate lined with paper towels and repeat with the rest of the dough. Serve next!
