- Black Pepper to taste

- Oil500 ml
- Wheat Flour1 tablespoon
- Breadcrumbs (for breading) to taste
- Oil (for frying)500 ml
- Mozzarella to taste
- In a bowl add the Rice, Eggs, Cottage Cheese, Green Smell, Black Pepper, Salt, Coloral, Coriander, Wheat Flour and Mozzarella, mix everything and then make balls and coat and set aside.
- In a pan put the oil to heat and then add the dumplings and fry until golden.
