- Ingredients 1 tablespoon of oil 1 small grated carrot 1 cup (tea) of washed and drained rice 2 cups (tea) of boiling water 1 tablet of MAGGI® Chicken Broth 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese1 cup
- Preparation mode In a pan, heat the oil, add the carrots and sauté until soft. Add the rice and sauté a little longer. Add the boiling water and the MAGGI Broth tablet. Wait for it to boil, lower the heat and cook with the pan partially covered for about 15 minutes or until the rice is dry. Remove from heat and stir in the parsley. Serve next, sprinkled with grated cheese.
