- Shoyo2 tablespoon
- Sesame oil1 tablespoon
- Agave1 tablespoon
- Sriracha1 teaspoon
- Rice Vinegar1 tablespoon
- Water1 tablespoon
- Cook the rice noodles according to the instructions on the package, but the ideal is to take it out of the water a minute before, so that it is very little less than al dente - it ends up cooking a little with the sauce at the end and it is good to avoid it being stuck.
- For the sauce, combine all other ingredients in a serving dish. The peanut butter spoon can be full! Mix everything together and taste to see if it's good - if necessary, adjust the amounts.
- Sauté garlic in olive oil and toss the already cooked noodles, or, for more practicality, toss the noodles in pure olive oil and then add garlic powder. Then just add the sauce to the pasta and voilà!
- I like to eat this dish with diced tofu, but you can add vegetables or whatever you prefer. Enjoy :)
