- Rice300 g
- Small carrot1 unit(s)
- Garlic, onion and salt to taste
- Wash, peel the carrots, grate and then set aside
- Wash the rice well and let all the water drain.
- In a pan, chop onion and garlic to taste and bring to the fire to sauté with a thread of olive oil.
- Then add the carrot and stir constantly so it doesn't burn. Add the rice and let it cook for a while.
- Then just add water to cover, cover and let the water dry. Always keep covered and do not add more water.
