- Water250 ml
- In a pan, add the oil, add the garlic, let it brown and add the rice, let the rice fry well until it turns yellow, then add the carrot cut into pieces, and the chives, add the water, add salt to taste, let it boil on high heat for about 10 minutes, as soon as you see that it is drying, lower the heat and let it dry, cover with the lid, soon it will be good, it will be very loose.
