- Tuscan Chicken Sausage500 g
- Pepperoni200 g
- Chopped Carrots2 unit(s)
- Corn1 can(s)
- Green beans (optional)1 cup
- Rice2 cup
- Water3 cup
- In a pan add oil or bath and fry the sausage and pepperoni well. Season with garlic and onion and let it set well browned.
- Then add the rice and the other ingredients (corn, carrots, pods), sauté and add the water. Adjust the salt and cover the pan.
- As soon as you get pressure set 5 minutes and turn off the pan. Wait for all the pressure to release and transfer to a refractory and serve.
- Comments: This rice is very wet, carter style and you can still use leftover barbecue, bacon, chicken, or pork ribs that are delicious.
