- Water4 cup
- Oil1 tablespoon
- Turmeric (Turmeric)1 coffee spoon
- Chopped Onion1 tablespoon
- Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic, add the rice and fry well. Add the saffron, salt and water. Lower the heat and when the water is almost dry, cover the pan.
- When the water dries up completely, turn off the heat and wait about 5 minutes to stir the rice.
