- Bacon1 unit(s)
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Oregano, olive oil, salt, pepper and green seasoning1 to taste
- Tomato sauce1 can(s)
- grated cheese1 to taste
- Fry the bacon and set aside.
- Place the ricotta in a bowl and mash it with a fork until it is very loose.
- Add the already made bacon (with the oil that came out of it, too), the chopped tomato and the seasonings (you can add the one you prefer), adjust the salt and pepper.
- Mix well, it will look like a wet farofa. Take a large serving dish, spread some tomato sauce on the bottom.
- Stuff the cannelloni and distribute on the platter. Finish with more tomato sauce and cheese on top. Bake in the oven for approx. 25 minutes and you're done!
