- Turkey breast250 g
- Apple green smell1 unit(s)
- Corn starch3 teaspoon
- Milk300 ml
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Grated Parmesan Cheese100 g
- Sauté half of the grated onion in olive oil, quickly without letting it brown too much.
- Add the diluted starch in the milk and keep stirring, so as not to clump. Add salt to taste.
- Add the cream and mix well
- Add the chopped or grated turkey breast to the cream, as you prefer. reserve the sauce
- grate the ricotta
- With the spinach properly sanitized and chopped, sauté in garlic with olive oil and grated onion.
- Add the grated ricotta and salt to taste.
- Add an egg.
- Mix well, and make the gnocchi balls.
- Cook the balls in boiling water until they rise.
- Remove from the water and place on the platter.
- Pour the sauce over the gnocchi
- Finish with parmesan.
- Let it bake for 25 to 30 minutes
