Rigatoni250 g
Ancho steak (or steak of your choice)400 g
Sun-dried tomato3 tablespoon
fresh cream250 ml
Gorgonzola80 g
Pasta cooking water to taste
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Olive oil to taste
Onion0.5 unit(s)

Bring the pasta water to a boil. Put enough salt. When it boils, add the pasta and pay attention to the packaging time.
In a deep skillet, grill the steaks to the desired point and remove from the pan.
In the same pan add more oil and sauté the onion. Then add the chopped sun-dried tomato and saute.
Add the fresh cream and let it thicken. Add the gorgonzola and wait for it to melt.
Transfer the cooked pasta to the pan with the sauce and add a ladle of the pasta cooking water. mix it all up
Serve with the steaks on top
