- Rigatoni250 g
- Ancho steak (or steak of your choice)400 g
- Sun-dried tomato3 tablespoon
- fresh cream250 ml
- Gorgonzola80 g
- Pasta cooking water to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Onion0.5 unit(s)
- Bring the pasta water to a boil. Put enough salt. When it boils, add the pasta and pay attention to the packaging time.
- In a deep skillet, grill the steaks to the desired point and remove from the pan.
- In the same pan add more oil and sauté the onion. Then add the chopped sun-dried tomato and saute.
- Add the fresh cream and let it thicken. Add the gorgonzola and wait for it to melt.
- Transfer the cooked pasta to the pan with the sauce and add a ladle of the pasta cooking water. mix it all up
- Serve with the steaks on top
