- Tomato Passata150 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Burrata1 unit(s)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Basil leaves to taste
- In a pan with olive oil, brown the onion. Add the risoni and sauté.
- Season with salt and black pepper and add the passata.
- Add the water, stir, lower the heat and cook for 9 minutes.
- Mix in the sour cream.
- Finish with a burrata and basil leaves.
