- Tomato sauce1 cup
- Bacon150 g
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Spinach leaves to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese to taste
- Sour cream100 g
- Brown the bacon with a drizzle of olive oil. Add the risoni and sauté.
- Add the tomato sauce, vegetable broth and season with salt and black pepper.
- Cook for 10 minutes. Finish with the cream, spinach leaves and Parmesan cheese.
