- Clean shrimp2 cup
- Crushed garlic1 tablespoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Risoni1 cup
- Cottage cheese3 tablespoon
- Chopped cilantro (optional)1 tablespoon
- Salt and pepper1 to taste
- Zest of 1 lemon1 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 to taste
- Season the prawns with salt and pepper. In a pan, place the butter and brown the garlic. Add the prawns and sauté for a maximum of 5 minutes. Book the part.
- Place the risoni in the same pan and cover with water. Add more water little by little as needed to make the pasta al dente. When you get the point, increase the fire to reduce the liquid (if there is still), put the curd and mix. Start with the shrimp, cilantro and lemon zest. Quickly adjust the salt and turn off the heat.
- Add olive oil to taste, stir and serve immediately.
