- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Butter2 tablespoon
- grated cheese30 g
- Arugula1 unit(s)
- I sautéed the pepperoni, onion and garlic.
- Add rice, broth and adjust salt.
- Close the pressure and as soon as it starts to beep, count 3 minutes. Turn it off and wait for the pressure to release.
- Add the butter, arugula and cheese. Stir well and then serve.
