- Warm Milk400 ml
- Oil200 ml
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Shallow spoon salt1 tablespoon
- Egg2 unit(s)
- grated mozzarella200 g
- Shredded ham200 g
- Chopped Tomatoes2 unit(s)
- Oregano to taste
- Pasta In a container, place the biological yeast dissolved in the warm milk, the oil, the eggs, the sugar, the salt and finally the wheat flour gradually until it comes away from your hands, knead the ingredients until you get a smooth and homogeneous dough.
