- Noodles1 kg
- cherry tomato350 g
- Gonggorzola cheese300 g
- Olive oil4 tablespoon
- Salt2 tablespoon
- Black pepper1 teaspoon
- Oregano1 tablespoon
- Rosemary1 tablespoon
- In a form, mix the olive oil, tomato, cheese and seasonings.
- Put the mold in the oven for 25 minutes
- In a pot, boil enough water to cover the pasta, toss in a drizzle of oil and the pasta once the water is boiling and leave for 9 minutes (or suggestion time as the pasta package suggests)
- When the pasta is ready, drain and set aside.
- Attention this process is important! Remove the mold from the oven and cover the tomatoes carefully so you don't burn yourself... Mix everything in the mold and it's ready to serve...
