- Blend the bread ingredients except the wheat flour in a blender.
- Turn in a bowl and add wheat flour, little by little, until you let go of your hands, don't leave the dough hard, knead the dough well.
- Let it rest for 20 minutes covered with a cloth.
- Open the dough with a rolling pin, put the stuffing and sprinkle the oregano.
- Place in a greased and floured roast, brush with yolk and let rise until doubled in volume, on average 1 hour.
- Bake in a high oven for the first 15 minutes, lower the heat and let it brown and bake.
